Artist Statement:

Riverbank Park in Harlem.

The painted rail is chipped and rusted revealing the harsh elements the park is subject to. Up the Hudson sits the George Washington Bridge but you would not know it on this morning. A thick fog obscures the view and creates a bleak backdrop. The white wall of fog transforms the park binoculars into a face returning my stare
